W. Barry Milner is the President/CEO of Exploreco International. In 1983, along with his older brother Don, the two opened Exploreco Energy, Inc. and Exploreco Pipe & Supply, Inc. Pipe has always been the main business for Exploreco but through drilling, completing and operating his own wells, Barry says he has "a thorough understanding of what our pipe customers need and expect from their tubular goods." He has spent a great deal of time at overseas pipe mills and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of pipe manufacturing.

Barry has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston and is a life member of the U of H Alumni Organization. Exploreco is a strong supporter of U of H Athletics. Barry and his wife Celia, have 4 daughters and the family enjoys offshore fishing and vacations to Montana.

Don is Executive Vice President of Exploreco. Together with his younger brother Barry, he helped launch Exploreco back in 1983. Prior to starting this company, he was involved with and helped start a number of pipe related companies beginning in 1972. He gained invaluable experience in the steel trading and import business and pioneered trade with the then new pipe mills of Japan during the late seventies. Over the years he has worked with oil and gas companies on their tubular programs in virtually every major producing region of the United States.

Don is a native Houstonian and graduated from the University of Houston. When he is not working you can find him saltwater fishing along the gulf coast or participating in a number of billfish tournaments. He and his wife Vicky have 3 sons, 1 daughter and 4 granddaughters.

Celia is the Secretary/Treasurer of Exploreco. She has overseen accounting issues, taxes, human resources and property management for the various Exploreco companies since 1994. Her previous experience includes 8 years of real estate sales in the greater Houston area, 9 years as administrative and accounting assistant for Continental Illinois Energy Development Corp., loan and legal documentation for several title companies in Houston.

Celia attended the University of Houston, and met Barry at Milby High School in Houston. When Celia is not working and raising children, she enjoys fishing, photography, music, most sports and of course, traveling.

Sam is the operations manager of Exploreco. Prior to joining Exploreco, Sam managed a number of pipe yards in the Houston area and is an expert in pipe handling and storage. He is knowledgeable in all areas of the pipe service business including threading and non-destructive inspection. He arranges the processing of all of our inbound material and also assists EPL customers on a daily basis with their pipe needs.

Sam is a native Texan and grew up in Crosby, Texas where he still lives today. He has 2 sons and 1 grandson. He enjoys hunting and riding motorcycles.

Don Jr. is the son of the company's co-founder and joined the company in January 2005 after enjoying a 13-year career as an Independent Petroleum Landman based in Houston. His years of experience leasing drilling prospects for active exploration companies combined with his numerous contacts within the industry give him a unique position when dealing with a customer's tubular needs. Don's strong management and communication skills have made him an immediate asset to the Exploreco team.

He holds a BBA in Petroleum Land Management from Texas Tech University and is an active member of the Texas Tech Alumni Association and the Red Raider Club. Don Jr. is married and he and his wife Lori have 4 girls. Don's hobbies include hunting, fishing and attending Texas Tech football games in the fall.
