Exploreco International LLC ("EIL") is the latest successor in the historical group of Exploreco companies. Having acquired the assets of Exploreco Pipe LLC in September 2007, "EIL" is positioned to continue the growth and success that has been the trademark of "EPL" over that past 10 years. The strong financial backing and strategic partnership created in "EIL" will enable future growth and diversification on an International level.

The "Exploreco Group" of companies has been involved in the Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) distribution business since 1983. "EIL" will continue to be a major retailer of OCTG products from both foreign and domestic sources and is expected to continue to be a strong importer of Asian material. "EIL" expects to double the amount of trade with our Russian partners.

In 1997 Exploreco became the first American company to ink an exclusive distribution agreement with the giant Indian steel producer Jindal Industries. Seamless tubing and casing from their ultra modern Maharashtra Seamless Ltd. plant made an immediate impact on the seamless pipe business in Houston.

During the 10 year period between 1997 and 2007 the company experienced explosive growth and emerged as one of the largest stocking distributors of Asian tubular goods in the world. During 1999 we became the exclusive distributor for Baoshan products in the USA. Baosteel is the largest and most modern integrated steel mill in China and produces tubing and casing through 7" in grades through Q-125.

Today we are working with various mills to develop new products that will keep us on the cutting edge of technology as the market continues to increase its demands on tubular products through deeper and more advanced drilling techniques. During 2003 and 2004 we expanded our product lines to include high quality welded tubular products from several manufactures around the globe. In 2005 we introduced a high-pressure premium 2-step tubing connection from Baoshan as well as the first ERW casing from Baoshan's highly acclaimed welded plant.

Our customers include pipe distribution companies and end users alike. Like "EPL", Exploreco International will continue a reputation of being a dependable source for high-end casing and tubing products that offer the users the confidence they must have at a price they desire. We maintain a large inventory in stock and ready for immediate shipment from a number of stocking locations throughout the United Sates. Geographically, we participate in annual stocking programs all over the country including, east Texas, central Texas, south Texas, Oklahoma, California and the Rocky Mountains. We have shipped to virtually every oil and gas-producing region within the lower 48 states and are experiencing international growth as well.
